This is the start to your 10-step journey. You will perform the Novice workout for 2 weeks until moving on to Open Class. All workouts performed at the Novice Level will be done for 1 minute with 30 second rests in between each round. 2 rounds per workout. In the Open Class, you will perform the workouts for 1 week until moving on to State. All workouts performed at the Open Class Level will be done for 1 minute and 30 seconds with 30 second rests in between each round. 2 rounds per workout. A certificate will be given at the completion of this level to build confidence and leaderships skills.

In State, you will perform the workouts for 1 week until moving on to Regional. All workouts performed at the State Level will be done for 2 minutes with 30 second rests in between each round. 2 rounds per workout. A certificate will be given at the completion of this level to build confidence and leaderships skills.

In the Regional, you will perform the workouts for 1 week until moving on to National. All workouts performed at the Regional Level will be done for 2 minutes with multiple combinations and learning techniques with 30 second rests in between each round. 2 rounds per workout. A certificate will be given at the completion of this level to build confidence and leaderships skills.

In the National, you will perform the workouts for 1 week until moving on to Olympics.All workouts performed at the National Level will be done for 2 minutes and 30 seconds with 30 second rests in between each round. 2 rounds per workout. At this level the parent and child will decide whether they will compete in boxing or complete the workout plan along with other options outside boxing. A certificate will be given at the completion of this level to build confidence and leaderships skills.

In the Olympics, you will perform the workouts for 1 week until moving on to Pro Debut. All workouts performed at the Olympic Level will be done for 2 minutes and 30 seconds with 30 second rests in between each round. 2 rounds per workout.
To complete this level, there will be a Virtual Fight you have to complete which will be displayed on a projector screen. A certificate will be given at the completion of this level to build confidence and leaderships skills.

In the Olympics, you will perform the workouts for 1 week until moving on to Pro Debut. All workouts performed at the Olympic Level will be done for 2 minutes and 30 seconds with 30 second rests in between each round. 2 rounds per workout.

In the Prospect, you will perform the workouts for 1 week until moving on to Contender. All workouts performed at the Prospect Level will be done for 3 minutes with 30 second rests in between each round. 2 rounds per workout. In addition, this is when the athlete will begin traveling to different gyms and boxing events to learn the art of boxing.
To complete this level, there will be a Virtual Fight you have to complete which will be displayed on a projector screen. A certificate will be given at the completion of this level to build confidence and leaderships skills.

In the Contender, you will perform the workouts for 1 week until moving on to World Champion. All workouts performed at the Contender Level will be done for 3 minutes with 30 second rests in between each round. 2 rounds per workout. At this level the athlete will also register as a USA certified boxer.
To complete this level, there will be a Virtual Fight you have to complete which will be displayed on a projector screen. A trophy will be given at the completion of this level rewarding the athlete for building confidence and leaderships skills.

In the World Champion, you will perform the workouts for 1 week. At this stage your mental, physical and confidence goals should be reached. All workouts performed at the World Champion Level will be done for 3 minutes with 30 second rests in between each round. 2 rounds per workout. At the completion of this level athletes who wish to compete will be competing in USA sanctioned certified bouts.
To complete this level, there will be a Virtual Fight you have to complete which will be displayed on a projector screen.
A Champion belt will be given at the completion of this level to celebrate athletes hard work and dedication to getting good grades, volunteering in their community, and displaying leadership and positivity in the community.
